I have been professionally building software since 2012: delivering SaaS platforms, leading development teams, and shipping complex projects to production.
Since 2024 I work independently, offering years of expertise in backend, frontend, cloud and delivery. Problem. Cheqroom is the worldwide number one asset management tool for AV and tech gear. A growing customer base needed more flexible operations flows, tighter security and a faster engineering team.
What I did. I joined the engineering team in 2024 and grew into one of its leading engineers within two years. I implement the more complex features, such as configurable operations workflows tailored per customer. I hold the security champion role and own the infrastructure. And I drive the team's efficiency forward by introducing agentic engineering practices.
Outcome. A more configurable product, a hardened platform, and a team that ships faster with the same people.
